So I very rarely leave reviews but I have to because the night checking lady Corina was absolutely amazing! First of all I checked in kind of late at night around 10:30 p.m. and so the first room that she put me in had a small issue with the door where the deadbolt wouldn't engage fully and because I was a lone female in a not so nice area of the valley I went down to the office to ask about switching. Well the first thing I noticed when I went back down there was that there was now a sold out sign on the window. So I asked the lady if there was any way she could switch me rooms and she said no there was no more but as soon as I told her that I was alone she immediately switched me to a different room. Well when I went to this room I realized that the air conditioner wasn't working (not their fault happens all the time) and that it was actually hotter inside the room than it was outside. (Which if you're from the valley you'll understand that that means it was hotter than blue blazes LOL) I tried to stick it out especially since she had already switched me rooms when they didn't have anymore but after 2 hours of sweating in bed trying to sleep I went back down to the office and told her that I would rather be in the room with the deadbolt that didn't work if it was still available. I fully expected this woman to be just sick of me by this point LOL but she very gladly switched me back to the room that I was in first. And then she even got me batteries for the remote for my tv! And through the whole ordeal she was absolutely sweet and amazing! This isn't what you'd consider a great hotel or a great area but if I ever get stuck down here again I will definitely stay here again!

Compared to the two young ladies I talked to earlier that day or like whatever I have no kind of customer service I had asked for a downstairs handicap room for my husband they told me to come back at four when I got there Zelle was working in the front desk meet our Accommodations and found a handicap room downstairs. He is a very helpful and kind man is the best one in the staff working in the front desk he deserves acknowledgment. Thank you

Had a great experience at the premiere this time around. The customer service at the front desk have all been great to interact with and very helpful when I have needed their assistance. Justin and the other maintenance man were a huge and welcome help and buffer for me when I had to deal with a less then fun situation that required them to bring the police into it so things could be resolved without anyone getting hurt and they were 100% successful I don't know what I would have done without their help. Will definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Rented one night for two people and the beds are good size. Animal friendly. Big enough little refrigerator and microwave. However, I did encounter a couple of problems concerning the bathroom. The room I rented did have a water leak under the sink but I suppose things like that can happen and I did notify the lobby before I checked out. Also, there are no doors on the bathrooms. That was my only issues with premier inns.

When I just need to get away for 1 or 2 nights. I like to stay at this hotel for these reasons. Front Desk employees are friendly and always get a good deal on my rooms. Housekeepers I have to meet are very friendly and always ask me if everything I need is in my room. If I ask for a recommendation where it is good to go eat or order in. Employees always recommend good places. I feel safe and secure because they have a security guard on the property. And I run into him now and then when he is doing his rounds. I know one might say it's not in a great location. But honestly, all hotels have their good and bad right now. The employees try to to do their best they can. I luv the doggy they had that was moving around on his 2 legs trying to get my attention and he sure did. That made my night while I was checking in. Loved it. And yes I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great staff very friendly. Quick to take care of your needs. Pretty quite from what I can tell. If your looking to just rest and keeping it moving the next day. This is a decent place to stay for the prices.
